EXPEDITION ARCTIC ANTARCTICA
Hrvatska cigra: Expedition Arctic-Antarctica, the first expedition around the world from Arctic to Antarctica. We made 40000 miles and it lasted 37 months.
The hardest part of the project was to pass through the Arctic region, which must be done during the short summer. Northwest pasage, the Arctic circle in the Davis Strait to Breing Strait and is about 3640 miles. Croatia Tern has undergone a total of 3958 miles, of which 40% of navigation smashing ice, for 66 days and 12 hours and thus set a kind of record in speed sailing from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
